RFP FOR SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT OF BOTSWANA OIL LIMITED CITIZEN ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME (CEEP) STRATEGY
Botswana Oil Limited (BOL), a company registered under the Company’s Act in 2011 and wholly owned by the Botswana Government serves as the transformation agent in the Oil & Gas industry. The Company is mandated to ensure the security and efficiency of supply of petroleum products for Botswana, manage state owned strategic fuel reserve facilities, strategic stocks as well as bulk storage and distribution. Botswana Oil Limited is also responsible for facilitating the participation of citizen companies in the petroleum sector.
Suitably Qualified and Experienced Contractors registered with PPRA in the following categories are invited to submit proposals for the below-mentioned tender:

Procurement Method: Open Domestic Bidding
Tender documents will be sent electronically to prospective bidders from 0800hrs to 1700hrs on weekdays with effect from Wednesday 29th April 2026 to Wednesday 20th May 2026 upon receipt of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP300.00. Youth-owned companies are required to advance a non-refundable fee of BWP150.00 to receive the bidding documents. (Please provide a certified copy(ies) of identity Documents for the company shareholders(s) as proof).
